Among students of Bible prophecy the 11th chapter of the Book of Daniel has always been a mystery - especially the last verses. But in Daniel 12:4 the prophet received the instruction to “shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” This promise created the conviction that when that time is come, God in heaven would reveal these verses to mankind.
Jeff Pippenger, for the first time, offers a coherent and consistent interpretation based upon the proof-text method as used by Adventist pioneers and many Protestant denominations. He shows that this last “time of the end” has come, and connects the verses with events that everyone is aware of. Although Daniel 11:1-40a is past, the following verses are still future. These final verses warn the world of impending geopolitical events, including a National Sunday Law, the close of probation for mankind, and the return of the papacy to its former power. Through the light of Revelation 18, the last verses of Daniel 11 are a revelation for the final generation that is living prior to the second coming of Jesus.
